The Lone Star Racing DC-PRO MX Long Travel A-Arms are our top of the line long travel A-Arm kit made for riders looking for the ultimate performance. The A-Arms are +2" wider with no forward placement per side. They are made from 4130 chromoly for superior strength and are design to be lighter and stronger. They feature a cup style lower ball joint, easy camber adjustment, heim joints on the uppers for precise caster adjustment and use a com bearing / needle bearing setup on the lowers to reduce the amount of resistance throughout the travel. They will utilize a long travel shock for improved leverage ratio's and handling.

This Lone Star Racing Heavy Duty Tie Rod Kit is lighter and way stronger than stock, and made from race proven materials. What separates these apart from all the other kits, is the inner pivot point is in the same location as stock, so it will give you the least amount of bumpsteer as possible.

The tie rod tubes are made from 4130 and are powder-coated textured black. The machined stud and misalignment spacers are made from tough 17-4 stainless. The rod end is an oversized race proven 5/8" size with kevlar race for noise free operation.

The Lone Star Racing MTS suspension Kit for the Polaris RZR XP1000 features front a-arms that are +3.5" wider per side and extended heavy duty tie rods. The rear set up comes with our heavy duty hi clearance trailing arms that are 3.5" wider per side as well. The overall wheel base of the vehicle is extended 3". The kit also comes with a rear radius rod kit that features an LSR radius rod plate for added strength. This kit will achieve about 20" of travel superior performance and handling. Will work with stock shocks however we recommend an aftermarket spring kit available here or aftermarket shocks for best performance.

The Lone Star Racing DC-Pro Nerf Bars were designed based on the collective input from riders and racers all around the world. The DC-Pro Nerf Bars features include a wider foot peg stance with inner crisscross teeth to reduce boot wear, a full 50" mounted width on the MX version and 48" wide on the XC version. They also feature the option of universal removable heel guards or quad specific, net style heel guards. Both the foot pegs and heal guards were designed to help drain out mud and water to avoid clumping. The side profile features an aggressive rake to help prevent tangling with other quads in racing applications. All wear items are completely replaceable and the overall nerf bar is universal to fit most sport quads just using different hardware packages. So if you change quads you do not need to buy a complete new set of nerf bars. The nerf bars are constructed of high quality 6061 aluminum tubing and the heel guards are built from 4130 chromoly tubing that is fully tig welded for superior strength and durability.

The Lone Star Racing Billet Aluminum Rear Wheel Hubs are one piece rear wheel hubs and are made from 7075 billet aluminum for superior strength and excellent weight savings over stock. The rear wheel hubs have the same pressed in metric studs as stock hubs and will fit the OEM axle as well as the Axcalibar Pro Racing Axle.
