A-Arm Rebuild Kits

These are a-arm rebuild kits to replace all hardware on the arms. Ball joints are not included in the kits but can be added for additional cost. If you are unsure of what style of arms you have or what rebuild kit you need please call before placing the order.

Race style - Older standard travel a-arms with heim joint uppers where they attach to the frame.

Sport style - Any standard travel a-arms that use delrin bushings at upper frame where arms attach and do NOT have quick caster adjustment.

Quick caster style - Any Sport or DC-4 a-arms that use delrin bushings at upper frame where the arms attach and have caster spacers to adjust caster.

DC-4 style - Any long travel DC-4 arms that do NOT have quick caster adjustment and use heim joints where upper arms attach to frame.

XC style- Any long travel narrow DC-4 style arms that are NOT the DC-PRO style and use heim joints where upper arms attach to frame.

DC-PRO and DC-PRO XC - Any new PRO style long travel a-arms. Can easily be identified by LSR logo welded on front of lower a-arms.

Threaded Ball Joint

These are replacement ball joints for all LSR A-Arms that use a 16mm x 1.5 threaded ball joint. Sold individually.

2003-04 Suzuki Z400 uses a Honda taper ball joint
If running LSR DC-PRO spindles you will need Suzuki ball joints
Does not come with jam nuts or castle nuts
