The Lone Star Racing DC-PRO MX Long Travel A-Arms are our top of the line long travel A-Arm kit made for riders looking for the ultimate performance. The A-Arms are +1.125" wider with no forward placement per side. They are made from 4130 chromoly for superior strength and are design to be lighter and stronger. They feature a cup style lower ball joint, easy camber adjustment, heim joints on the uppers for precise caster adjustment and use a com bearing / needle bearing setup on the lowers to reduce the amount of resistance throughout the travel. They will utilize a long travel shock for improved leverage ratio's and handling.

Polaris RZR 800 Steering Rack End

The steering rack end could also be considered the tie-rod. It threads into the steering rack and extends out to the tie rod end. The LSR rack end was designed using a heavier grade steel with a larger ball diameter and increased taper to give it superior strength over the OEM parts. However the rack end is still designed to give under extreme force to help prevent the steering rack from breaking.

Polaris RZR 570 MTS Suspension Kit

The Lone Star Racing MTS Suspension Kit for the Polaris RZR 570 features front and rear a-arms that are +2.5" wider per side for the "trail" models and will match the stock width on the 2017 "S" models. The kit will come with heavy duty front and rear a-arms. The "trail" model kits will come with brake lines and axle shaft, the "S" model kit will not require those parts and will reuse the OEM parts. Both kits will come with heavy duty tie rods. Since the "trail" and "S" models have completely different sway bar setups we have provided mounting tabs on the lower a-arms so it will require the "trail" model sway bar setup or an aftermarket sway bar. Comes with caster spacers to adjust caster on the front a-arms.

The Polaris RS1 MTS Suspension Kit features front a-arms that are +3.5" wider per side and extended heavy duty tie rods. The rear set up comes with our heavy duty hi clearance trailing arms that are 3.5" wider per side as well. The overall wheel base of the vehicle is extended 3" (1' forward on a-arms and 2" longer trailing arms). The kit also comes with a rear radius rod kit that features an LSR radius rod plate for added strength. This kit will achieve about 20" of travel for superior performance and handling. Will work with stock shocks however we recommend an aftermarket spring kit available here or aftermarket shocks for best performance.

Honda TRX250R Cast Bearing Housing

The Lone Star Racing Cast Bearing Housing features a casted aluminum housing similar to the OEM housing and include heavy duty double row bearings and seals. They are completely sealed and pre-greased so you can just install and ride. Housings are rebuild-able. They fit stock or aftermarket swing arms and axles.
