Return Policy and Instructions
All returns requests must be done using this return form.
- A representative may ask you to email them photographs to their specific email address.
- All returns must be done through the RA request form. At that time you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
This number must be written on the outside of the package and a printed copy of the request form must be placed inside of the box.
- Any package without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
- Most warranty claims will require a dated proof of purchase.
- All return items for credit are subject to a re-stocking fee.
- All returned items must be cleaned before returning to LSR. If excessively dirty or greasy items are returned there could be a cleaning fee.
- Freight charges are not refundable.
Do not ship back any product without an RA number.
This number will need to be written on the outside of the box.
You are responsible for freight both ways.
