Polaris Rzr

This billet battery bracket takes the place of the stock rubber strap that has been commonly coming loose. It bolts into the stock location using stock bolts and features rubber stops to prevent wear.

This bracket only works on the models that use a rubber strap from the factory. There was a revision in the mid '08 model RZR that this will not fit.

Hot new billet aluminum dome lights feature two super bright white LED strips with simple two wire hook up. Available in two sizes.

Lighted billet license plate frames feature a super bright white LED strip and are chrome plated for a great shine. They fit all motorcycle/UTV sized license plates. Will require some sort of mounting bracket on the RZR.

These canvas tops are designed for the Lone Star cages. They install with velcro straps around the cage tubing. They can be ordered with additional cutouts if you are using different lights or accessories on the cage.

The chromoly cooler mount provides a secure and clean way to hold a cooler in the RZR. It is made from 1" tubing and uses the RZR lock holes to secure it to the bed. Included are 4 Billet Locks that are tightened with an hex (allen) wrench to lock the mount to the bed. The OEM Polaris Lock N Ride mounts are compatable, and can be purchased seperately. The cooler mount is available with or without the 48 quart cooler and strap.

This trick new RZR front bumper is made from DOM steel. It features light mounts (will fit up to 5" diameter lights)and a wrap around lower plate to help protect the RZR chassis. Bolts to factory locations for no drilling installation. The bumper is relatively light weight so it won't slow you down! They now include billet aluminum end caps (not shown).

The grill insert for the hood serves far more purpose than just great looks. The radiator is covered halfway by the stock grill and causes over heating. With the Lone Star grill you cut out the stock plastic grill and screw on the LSR stainless grill to cover the hole. This allows more air flow and prevents over heating.

The intake insert mounts right between the stock seats on the back panel. This entry allows more cool air to reach the engine intake and clutch system. This also helps the fresh air flow and keeps the heat generated by the motor flow down and out.

This heavy duty brake pedal is a great addition to the gas pedal. It is an all steel construction with a larger stomp pad and installs directly in place of the OEM pedal.

This strong new gas pedal is made entirely of chromoly steel much stronger than the stock pedal. The pedal has a different profile that increases the spring tension using the same spring. This helps minimize the throttle chop from your foot tapping the pedal. The pedals bolt on with all exisitng hardware and no modifications necessary.

Polaris RZR

This stiffer spring helps reduce the throttle chop when trying to hold a steady speed over rough terrain. It does make the initial startup and trailer a little more sensitive due to the clutch grab but overall is a recommended improvement.

The RZR rear bumper is made from DOM steel and tig weleded for superior looks and strength. This bumper bolts to the a-arm mounts and has the frame gusset plate incorporated into the mount. Bolts to factory locations for no drilling installation. The bumper is relatively light weight so it won't slow you down! They now include billet aluminum end caps (not shown).

The rear main gusset plates are one of the most important products for UTV's. They strengthen the chassis from flexing and stabalize the rear differential. The heavy duty chromoly plate also strengthens the a-arm tabs. Kit uses the stock bolts and comes with new nuts.


For Models:
Polaris RZR

This cage is made from 1-3/4" DOM steel and mounts to stock chassis locations. The two rear mounts do require some drilling into the plastic bed. The drivers side is pre drilled to run wiring. Rear whip and light mounts are included. Two foam roll bar pads with black canvas covers are also included to protect your head from the side tubes since the car is a little on the narrow side. Aftermarket seat belts are required.


For Models:
Polaris RZR

All aftermarket roll cages require new seat belts. We prefer the Simpson belts for the quality and comfort. All belts are padded 4 point systems. Belts mount to the roll cage and stock lower seat belt locations. TYPE: LSR just carries the individual style that has two seperate upper straps that go on either side of the seat and wrap around the cage. They can go through seats that have dual holes in them.

These HID conversion kits plug right into the OEM headlight housings and come with all necessary hardware for installation. Kits are rated 3X brighter than the stock headlights with minimal power draw.

For the most options of adjustability, Elka Suspension has it! These shocks are made specifically for the Lone Star Racing XTR +8 RZR Suspension Kit.

The RZR seats very low and so are the sides. These bolt on bars help protect your arms from coming out of the vehichle in case of a tip over. The bars are made from 1" chromoly. They bolt onto a stock location in the front with supplied bolts and to the roll cage in the rear with self taping bolts. Some drilling is required.

The kit comes with the arms, brake lines, tie-rod extenders, and your choice of axles. This kit is compatible with all stock wheels and body panels. Some fender trimming may be required depending on size of tires. It does use the stock ball joints and pivot hardware you already have. (Ball joints sold separately if needed.) This suspension kit is designed to work with stock length shocks that are valved and sprung specifically for this kit.

The kit includes all a-arms, your choice of axles, brake lines, and bolt on frame supports. The kit uses two raised shock towers that also bolt onto the chassis.
Some of the OEM pivot hardware will be reused along with the ball joints.
The front lower a-arms have dual pivot mounts to the chassis for more strength. The mounting plate can be bolted on or welded for the hardcore racer.
All extra mounting plates and gussets included can be bolted on (drilling required) or welded on for maximum strength.

This kit will take some extra time to install due to all of the extra mounting hardware. Some drilling is required
