Can Am Ds450

The long travel DC-4 a-arms for the Can Am are +1.5" wider with standard forward placement. They come with new bushings, pivot tubes, and tie-rods but use the stock ball joints. They have camber and caster adjustment through the heim joints on the upper a-arm. A-Arms have a lifetime warranty. Extended brake lines and extended shocks are required.

The sport style a-arms for the Can Am are +1.5" wider with standard forward placement. They come with new tie-rods, bushings, and pivot tubes use the stock ball joints. The a-arms are made from 1" diameter chromoly steel and have a lifetime warranty. Extended brake lines are required.

There are two versions of axles for the Can Am. One axle is solid and uses all the factory components but weighs about 4 lbs more than the stock axle. The second is gun drilled just like stock axles and weighs around the same as stock with the added strength and width. Both axles come with a pressed on billet aluminum sprocket hub and are adjustable from +1" to +4" overall. All axles have a lifetime warranty against bending and breaking.

This twin row billet bearing housing is designed for the standard style stock swing arm. It features double row sealed bearings and accomodates the stock diameter axles.

It will allow you to keep the battery mounted securely to the chassis while being able to remove the rear fenders from the bike for maintenance. The battery box mounts directly to the chassis and includes mounts for the small electrical component that is mounted underneath the battery. Kit includes hardware and mounting instructions. Battery box comes in wrinkle black powder coat.

The Can Am steering stem is made from 4130 chromoly steel and uses the anti-vibration clamp kit. The stem is only offered in 1" over stock and taller due to fitment. All +1" stems will require some plastics triming for full turning capabilities. The +2" and taller stems do not require this. The stem is chrome plated.
